Behavioral Health & Social Services
Patients are referred to Behavior Health services by their medical provider to assist with mental health, emotional, or social needs. Behavioral health team members include: Psychiatric Medication Managers, Psychotherapists, and Case Managers. The behavioral health team can assess needs, provide education and information, deliver care, offer support, and make referrals.

- Psychiatric Medication Management
- Psychotherapy
- Counseling
- Health and Wellness Education
- Assessment and Case Management of Community Resource Needs
