Walk-in Clinic

We offer a walk-in clinic for the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. Our urgent care setting provides a convenient option for the treatment of symptoms such as:

  • Body and muscle aches
  • Sore throat, coughing, sneezing, and wheezing
  • Headaches
  • Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea
  • Rashes, itching, or other unexplained pain or swelling

And injuries including:

  • Cuts, burns, and insect bites
  • Falls, sprains, and strains

Sioux City Urgent Care Hours

Mon – Thurs: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm
The last walk-in patient will be accepted 30 minutes before closing, Monday – Friday.
*Open 10:00am first Thursday of each month.

South Sioux City Urgent Care Hours

Mon, Thurs: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Tues, Wednesday, Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Urgent Care vs. the Emergency Room

When to go to Urgent Care?

When you are unable to get a same-day appointment with your primary care provider and you have an urgent
medical problem such as:

  • Non-life threatening conditions that require immediate care
  • Sore throat
  • Mild asthma flare-ups
  • Urinary tract infection
  • Rash
  • Fever
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Sprains, straings, and minor injuries

When to go to the emergency room?

  • Chest pain
  • Sudden change in mental status
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Obvious broken bones and dislocated joints
  • Head or eye injuries
  • Fainting or loss of consciousness
  • Severe pain
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Vaginal bleeding with pregnancy
  • Serious burns
  • Seizures
