Laboratory Services
Siouxland Community Health Center offers on-site laboratory testing services including: rapid testing for COVID-19, strep throat, influenza, mono, pregnancy, glucose, and urine testing. SCHC also offers numerous other diagnostic tests including: over 60 chemistry and immunology tests, STI tests, and drug testing (including fentanyl).
The laboratory at SCHC is certified by Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and meets regulations set by state accreditation services as well as the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
SCHC uses LabCorp for a reference laboratory.
Laboratory services are available at both of our Sioux City and South Sioux City locations during all clinic hours, and for all appointments including urgent care.
