Past financial support of the Siouxland Community Health Foundation has helped us accomplish extraordinary things in support of our diverse patient base. The support and investment in the health and well-being of our patients in need has made life-affirming health, dental, and behavioral care available to over 37,000 individuals in our community. These gifts to our foundation have saved lives and changed the trajectory of the lives of many.  Our supporters have stood with us and lifted our neighbors in need, and we are more than thankful.

Siouxland Community Health Center provides health care, dental care, behavioral health, social services, case management, services for the homeless including health workers at the local Warming Shelter, and the nation’s only Community Health Center Mobile Shower.
