Nurse Practitioner

Darcy grew up in South Central Iowa but moved to Sioux City in 2008. She began working for Rosecrance Jackson Centers while attending nursing school and graduated from Western Iowa Tech Community College with an associate degree in nursing in 2015. She worked for Rosecrance Jackson Centers from 2011 to 2020. During that time, she served as the Adolescent Services Nurse for their residential PMIC units and was a certified Tact II Trainer. She also worked in the MercyOne Oncology Unit from 2015-2016.

After completing her BSN in 2019 at Briar Cliff University, she took a position as a behavioral health nurse at Siouxland Community Health Center. She received her master’s degree in May of 2023 and was chosen as the Distinguished Graduate Student 2023.

She is a member of the Iowa Nurse Practitioner Association, the American Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and Delta Epsilon Sigma. Darcy is deeply passionate about treating mental health and empowering patients to be the best version of themselves.
She treats children and adults.

She is married and has one daughter, several stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, plants, traveling, and spending time with family.
