Registration Fees and Sponsorship Info:

– Youth 18 and Under are $20/person and includes: race, dry fit t-shirt (if registered by July 11), medals, and snacks

– Adults over 18 are $40/person and includes: race, dry fit t-shirt (if registered by July 11), medals, and snacks

– Sponsorships range from $250 – $1,000

Early Packet Pick-up: Available at our Sioux City location on 7/26/2024 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM

Be True to Your School Challenge Details:

• The “Be True to Your School 5K” is designed to promote a healthy and active community and features a Siouxland High School Challenge.

• All 5K participants will be able to choose which area high school you support

• The schools with the most participants will win a cash award for their athletic department (minimum of 25 participants per school required to be eligible for the cash award):
  • First place is $1,000
  • Second place is $750
  • Third place is $500

• Medals will be awarded to the top three runners in each category:
  • Female Youth
  • Male Youth
  • Female Adult
  • Male Adult
• New this year!  You will have the chance to earn: a FREE running belt, and an additional $250 grant for your school!
