David Tillman started at the Siouxland Community Health Center in October 2025 at the Sioux City location. He earned his Bachelor of Science in nursing and his Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner degrees at Briar Cliff University. He previously worked as an ICU nurse and as a hospitalist. He is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
