Chris Jacobs started with the Siouxland Community Health Center as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner on Aug. 8, 2010. He received his medical training at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau. He is also board certified for Advanced Diabetes Management and HIV Management.
