Dr. Thomas Morgan was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan.  After two years at Michigan State University, he transferred to Northern Arizona University and graduated with a B.S. in Medical Microbiology in 1983.  He began graduate school at NAU but chose to marry, Sarah, and enter the Peace Corps.  They served in Sierra Leone, West Africa from 1986-1987 as fresh water fish aquaculturists.  Upon returning, he completed a MS in Agribusiness from Arizona State University.  They moved to Iowa in 1991, and he earned a Physician Assistant degree from the University of Iowa in 2000.

Upon graduation, he practiced on the Omaha Indian Reservation for five years.  In 2010, he graduated from Winsor University in St. Kitts with his MD.  Dr. Morgan was trained in Family Medicine at the Siouxland Medical Education Foundation residency program, and graduated in 2013.  He worked for the residency for 4 years, and then worked for the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska in Macy, NE for 2 years.  He joined Siouxland Community Health Center in 2020, and is currently the Medical Director for Siouxland Community Health of Nebraska.

Dr. Thomas Morgan is Board Certified in Family Medicine, ACLS, ATLS, PALS and ALSO.
