Amy began her nursing career in 2011 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa.
In 2016, Amy joined the Siouxland Community Health Center team as an RN Health Coach. While working, she continued her education and in 2025, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Practice specialty at Briar Cliff University. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
In addition to her primary care role, Amy is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), a credential she has held since 2020. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients, helping them manage chronic conditions, and supporting them in reaching their health goals through education, personalized care, and encouragement.
