Kelly Ragaller started with the Siouxland Community Health Center as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in September 2018 at the South Sioux City location.
Ragaller graduated from the Creighton University in 2006 with a Master of Science in Nursing degree and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Community Health.
Ragaller has practiced in the areas of Family Medicine, Emergency Room Medicine, Acute Care and Geriatrics.
